Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I need pelvic floor physical therapy?
The frequency of visits depends on your symptoms, goals, and treatment plan. Most patients are seen about 1–2 times per month for follow-up appointments.
Where is pelvic floor physical therapy located?
In-person pelvic floor physical therapy visits take place at the NTsuites Alliance building located at:
9705 Tehama Ridge Pkwy, Suite 122
Fort Worth, TX 76177
Do you provide virtual pelvic floor physical therapy services?
Yes. Holt Pelvic Health & Wellness offers virtual visits through a secure online platform, making it easier to receive support from home when appropriate.
Can I bring my baby or children to my appointment?
Yes, children are always welcome.
Holt Pelvic Health & Wellness has a small area in the treatment room with toys and books to help keep little ones entertained during your session. If your child prefers to stay close, they are also welcome to join you on the treatment table, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
What if I don’t want to do an internal assessment?
That is completely okay.
Internal assessment and treatment can be helpful during pelvic floor therapy, but it is never required. If you are uncomfortable with an internal assessment, there are many external assessments and treatment options that can still be used to help you reach your goals.
Do you take insurance?
Holt Pelvic Health & Wellness is a cash-pay practice.
A superbill is provided in your patient portal after each visit. You may choose to submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How many appointments will I need?
It depends on your symptoms, goals, and progress.
Most patients utilize 6–10 follow-up visits, but your care plan will be decided together based on what works best for your body, schedule, and finances.
